| New Life House of Prayer Ministries Changing Lives Through The Word of God |
The Beginning: New Life House Of Prayer Full Gospel Church was established on July 4, 2001, in
Columbus, GA. The foundational scripture, Isaiah 56:7 (KJV) Even them will I bring to my holy mountain,
and make them joyful in my house of prayer: for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all
people. The first service was a bible study held in the Pastors' home with twenty-three people in attendance.
At the end of the service the official membership was thirteen, including the pastors' family. During the
first three months many souls were led to the Lord and New Life began to experience steady growth. In
October of the same year, the ministry moved to a 2800 sqft space in the Cliatte Shopping Plaza located on
Fort Benning Rd just one mile outside the front gate of the Fort Benning military installation. Over the next
Two Years, ministry growth called for a need to occupy two other spaces for a total of 5800 sqft. The three
spaces were renovated to house a sanctuary with administrative offices, a multi-purpose room, youth activity
center, computer lab, multimedia center, and a nursery.
Transitions: In February 2004, the church was renamed New Life House of Prayer Ministries. Over the
next few years we saw continual growth, the 125 seat sanctuary became too small, parking was an issue and
a move was necessary. On July 24, 2009, a 6800 sqft building on two acres located at 1510 Fort Benning Rd
was purchased to accommodate this move. Apostle and Prophetess Hines expressed the desire to occupy
the property Debt Free outside of the mortgage. The members and partners came together physically,
spiritually and financially and the renovations began. On March 28, 2010, this goal was achieved, when we
held the Dedication Service of our new edifice. This new location houses a spacious 220 seat sanctuary, and a
multi-purpose room that serves as the media center, fellowship hall and 75 seat overflow room. It also has
five offices, multiple classroom spaces, conference room, and nursery.
Since that time New Life has continued to experience substantial growth in membership, resources and
finances. With a weekly attendance of over three hundred and relevant ministries for every age group.
Believers are taught the Word of God with clarity and simplicity so that they may become doers of the Word
and not hearers only. New Life is ministry with a call for discipleship rather than membership; if one can
become a disciple, he or she will not struggle as a member. This prepares each member for the ministry of
soul winning.
Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have
commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
SEVAH MINISTRIES:
In 2004, the New Life Mobile Ministry Team (NLMMT) was established as an itinerant ministry to continue the
Apostolic mandate placed upon the set-vessels. In 2006 the NLMMT was renamed SEnordor & VAlencia
Hines or (SEVAH) Ministries. SEVAH Ministries conducts conferences throughout the United States and
abroad assisting and empowering Pastors and their churches in transforming their churches into 21st Century
ministries.
Established on the foundation of the Apostles and the Prophets, Jesus himself being the Chief corner stone;
SEVAH Ministries has allowed Senordor & Valencia to oversee ministries and parent ministers in throughout
the United States and the Republic of Korea. The months and years that have followed are a testimony to the
things that will happen when One hears and answers the call of God on their Lives.
AFFILIATION:
New Life House Prayer were United in Covenant Fellowship on January 28, 2005, with the RBP Ministry
Alliance, under the Leadership of Dr Richard, SR; Bishop, & Dr. Janice E. Peoples, Pastor.
Richard B Peoples Sr. Ministries allows fatherless leadership to be properly fathered, weakened faith to be
stregnthened, and the discouraged to gain the courage to pursue their destiny in Christ Jesus!
Richard B Peoples Sr Ministries serve as a pastor to pastors to assist them in building churches for stable
growth. (R.B.P.M. does NOT plant churches.) The vision is simple. By penetrating the multimedia platforms
with the content of this Gosepl we preach, we are changing one life at a time. By shared resources, we are
reintroducing godly leadership within churches, one church at a time. Dr. Peoples prides the staff,
operations, and resources around motivating people to pursue God's best. Jesus said, " ...He came that we
may have life, and have it More Abundantly." (John 10:10)
