| Men's Outreach Ministry: (MOS) : The Men of Standard currently meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month. The goal of the Men of NLHOP is to develop a brotherhood dedicated to bringing men into a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Dedicated to pleasing God by obeying his guidance through Prayer, Study, and Service. To assist men in spiritual growth by providing Ministry to men by men. Ensuring that both single and married men know their place in God. Our training sessions called "Brother's Keeper" provide a biblical approach to manhood focused on teaching the men how to assume their rightful positions as Men of God. We believe the husband has the responsibility to be a leader, teacher and provider for his household. We are very thankful for the women of God who have prayed us through until this point, but now it's time for the Men of God to assume the position for which they were created. Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. I Corinthians 11:8 For the man is not of the woman, but the woman of the man. |
| Women's Outreach Ministry: (W.O.E.): The Women of Excellence Ministry meet the 4th Wednesday of each month. Their goal is to help women find there rightful places in the Lord. This auxillary ministers to the married and the single women teaching them that they are precious in the eyes of God, and to strive to become a Virtuous Woman. For the married woman, we teach that the woman is created to complete the man not compete with him. Society teaches the woman independence; we teach the women to trust in the LORD. Gen 2:18 And the Lord God said, It is not good for man to be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. 22. And the rib, which the Lord God took form the man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And for the single woman, they are taught on the importance of keeping themselves consecrated for the Lord to mature as a woman until the Lord sends them a mate. Proverbs 31:10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. Proverbs 31:29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. |
| Audio / Video Ministry: Records all Sunday services and Bible studies. Ensures master tapes are duplicated for sales and outreach. Benevolence Ministry: Assist tithing members in need of shelter, food, clothing and other needs. Book Store: Grounds Maintenance & Upkeep: Health Ministry: Takes one week out of every month to conduct health awareness issues. Hospitality Ministry: Greets all visitors, provides them with information about the ministry. Coordinates fellowship dinners during special services. Intercessory Prayer Ministry: Trains and develops pray teams to intercede on behalf of the ministry and execute prayer directives given from the leadership. Maintenance Ministry: Ensures proper upkeep of grounds, facilities and vehicles. Music Ministry Adults: / Youth Music Ministry: Consist of Choirs (adult choir, and musicians). Nursery Ministry: Provides child care for all children for ages 6 and below. Services are provided during all services. Outreach Ministry: Responsible for seeking out witnessing and outreach opportunities and training outreach teams. Parking Lot Ministry: Controls traffic and security of the parking lot area. P.P.A. / Aides and Armour Bearers: Ensures the comfort of the Pastor / Co-Pastor and visiting ministers. A Pastor aide will be available for all traveling engagements. New Converts Ministry: Responsible for teaching newly converted saints. Teach the basics of salvation and relationship with Our Savior and fellowman. New Member Orientation: Conduct a four week orientation to allow new members to become familiar with NLHOP. Security Team: School of Life Ministry: Ensures all materials and lessons are available for teachers and students. Ensure all teachers are prepared. Transportation : Provide transportation for members and visitors when needed. Maintains maintenance and upkeep of vehicles. Usher Board / Greeter Ministry: Greets members and visitors, controls movement in and around the sanctuary. Maintains order during the services. |

| Singles Ministry (C.I.H) The Complete In Him Singles Ministry meet every 1st Monday: We believe that everyone should learn how to identify with who they are as an individual, in God, to better prepare themselves for a future partner. For the Singles (Separated or Divorced) we believe in teaching becoming Whole in one's self. Most relationships fail because one or both partners do not know who they are as an individual, so instead of complimenting a mate, they either dominate or become dominated. Mark 10:6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. 1 Corinthians 7 :1-41 Explains singleness, marriage and divorce |
(We Are One) Marriage Enrichment : The Marriage ministry is called "We Are One" because our objective is to bring the couple into oneness in their relationship without losing their individual identities. This teaches couples how to accept the differences that we all have and still learn to love and appreciate one another. Our sessions offer training and support through bible study, counseling, fellowship and theater. We use the drama department to act out family situations and through interaction with participants we offer biblical solutions. Matthew 19:5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? |
| Youth Ministry The Kingdom Builders: Our mission is to provide direction, purpose, and motivation for our youth. To encourage them to become soul winners at a Mark 10:14 (NLT) Let the children come to me, don't stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these. |
| College Liaisons : Helps prepare high school seniors for college. Ensures ministry stays in contact with students who have went off to college. |
