When You come to NLHOP, you will find out that our services are Spirit Filled and Spirit Led. WE ARE A SPIRIT LED PURPOSE DRIVEN
MINISTRY. We trust and believe God for a Supernatural Move every time we enter the House of God. Because we are a "Full Service" Full
Gospel, Five-Fold Ministry; the desire here is to minister to the total man.
The family of God that meets at NLHOP is a Living Body of Christ. We, therefore must work the works of him that sent us, while its day, for the
night cometh when no man can work (John 9:4).
So come with an open heart and be blessed in the Lord.

The question many visitors have asked is WHY?
1. Why do stand when we sing? "And all the Levites,....... of the children of the Korhites, stood up to praise the lord God of Israel." (II
Chronicles 20:19)
2. Why do we lift our hands? "Thus I will bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in Thy Name." (Psalms 63:4)
Lift Up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord. ( Psalms 134:2)
" I will therefore that men pray every, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting."
(I Timothy 2:8)
3. Why do we offer up audible praise unto God? "Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless His Holy name." (Psalms 103:1)
"I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth."(Psalms 34:1)
"And when they heard this, they lifted up their voices unto God...." (Acts 2:24)
4. Why do we sing in the nautural as well as in our heavenly language?
"For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. What is it then? I will pray with the Spirit and I will pray
with understanding also: I wil sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also." (I Corinthians 14:14-15)
5. Why do we have this type of worship? "But the hour cometh, and is now, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in
truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in Spirit and in Truth." (John
4:23-24)
6. Why do we sign choruses as well as hymns?
"And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns, and spiritual songs,
singing and making melody in your heartto the Lord." (Ephesians 5:18:19)
Why Do We Prophesy?
"...the Lord God hath spoken, who can but prophesy." (Amos 3:8)
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to profit withal.... To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy. (I Corinthians 12:7 & 10)
Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather ye may prophesy......... But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, to
exhortation and comfort. (I Corinthians 14: 1 & 3)
Why Do We Speak in Tongues and Allow The Interpretation Of Those Tongues?
But he manifestation of the Spirit is given to profit withal..... To another the working of miracles....... to another divers kinds of tongues; to
another the interpretation of tongues.( I Corinthians 12:7 & 10)
I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues,
except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.
(I Corinthians 14:5)
If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.(I Corinthians 14:27)
Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. (I Corinthians 14:39

Our vision is to create a place of worship for a multi-cultural group of people united in the Spirit of God with only one purpose, to please God.
We desire, by the leading of the Holy Spirit to operate effectively in the Five-fold Ministry: For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the
ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ. (Ephesians 3:20)
To teach the Word of God with clarity and simplicity so that all of God's children may come to the knowledge of the truth. By laying a solid
foundation with the Word of God, we can experience the peace that has been given to us through Jesus Christ Our Savior. We desire to share
the Gospel with men everywhere so instead of living a life of defeat through the effects of sin, we can help turn the hearts of men back to God
so we may all have life and that more abundantly. (John 10:10)
It is our desire to build a Team-Oriented Church (people) within the church (ecclesia), in order to prepare the saints for the Ministry of Soul
Winning.
Our Goal:
Our Goal is to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, by leading others to Christ, build them up in Christ, and send
them out for Christ. (Matthew 28:19)
Our Beliefs:
Our beliefs are simple; God, Family and then Church. Without God, there is no family, without the family, there will be no church. We believe
in teaching the whole Word of God taking the bitter with the sweet because "All scripture is give by inspiration of God, and is Profitable for
doctine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16)
